摘要
输尿管结石分五型:血虚寒凝,治宜温经散寒;肝气郁滞,治宜疏肝理气;肝经湿热,治宜清热利湿、通利排石;肝经寒热错杂,治宜调和厥阴;肝气犯脾,治宜疏肝理脾。从肝胆论治75例,治愈60例,显效13例,无效2例。
The ureteral stone is divided into five types:coagulated cold due to blood deficiency,treatment warming meridians to dissipate cold;stasis of hepatic qi,governance law Shugan Liqi;dampness-heat of the liver,treatment clearing away heat and promoting diuresis,Tongli Paishi;liver mixed by the cold and heat,to reconcile Jueyin Treatment;hepatic qi attacking spleen,treatment Shugan Lipi.From the liver and gallbladder on the Treatment of 75 cases,60 cases of cured,effective 13 cases,2 cases of null and void.
