摘要 由于宏观制件尺寸与微特征尺寸的巨大差别,具有微特征的注塑充填过程是一个典型的几何多尺度结构流动和传热问题.采用数值和解析方法分析了带有微结构注塑成型过程的流动和传热行为,基于有限元/有限差分法动态模拟了宏观充模过程,并用解析法建立了微结构中的充填距离与微结构入口压力、尺寸、流动速度以及材料性质之间的定量关系,详细分析了宏观模温、注射速率及微特征尺寸等因素对微特征填充距离的影响.
