摘要
利用Voronoi图实现对气象服务区域的划分,提出基于Voronoik阶邻近的目标预警预报方法,以某目标为中心构造Voronoik阶邻近,监视k阶邻近区域内的天气实况,发生危险天气立即发出警报,并报告危险天气的影响权重、危险等级和到达中心目标的时间。给出具体的算法实现以及时间和空间性能分析,实验结果验证了该方法的可行性和适用性。
