摘要
从特发性血小板减少性紫癜病因病机的研究、辨证分型的研究、分型与微观指标的研究、方药的研究等对特发性血小板减少性紫癜中医辨证治疗研究作了综述。指出:在病因病机上按虚实划分,虚证多为气虚、阴虚、脾肾亏虚证。实证多为血热、血瘀、肝郁。宜急则治标、缓则治本、标本同治等基本原则。清热、凉血、补肝、健脾、降气祛风活络具有广阔的应用前景。
