摘要
目的探讨新形势下如何加强病案的管理与应用。方法通过医院管理年活动,找出存在问题的及其原因进行分析。并提出改进措施。结果建立了完善的病案管理制度,提高了病案质量,促进了病案的应用。结论做好病案管理是一个长期过程,必须与时俱进,顺应形势发展,用科学的方法提高病案管理质量。
