摘要
本文围绕依法行政及其干扰因素问题、依法行政与其实施机制上失灵问题、依法行政与责任缺失问题、依法行政与领导干部的法律素质问题、依法行政与腐败问题和依法行政与职务犯罪问题等六个问题进行探讨,并提出相关拙见以抛砖引玉。
