电子期刊采访质量的高低直接影响着高校图书馆的馆藏资源的质量及图书馆的服务水平。进行采访前要分析现有馆藏资源;分析读者阅读情况;了解最新资讯,确定采访重点。采访电子期刊时应注意维护知识产权,要合法采访,了解服务模式,力求方便易检,求新求精,注重时效性。
