摘要
党的十七大报告指出,要推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,必须加强和谐文化建设,这是全体人民团结进步的重要精神支柱。加强和谐文化建设,调动职工工作积极性,要求管理者要扎实地运用"南风"效应、自尊效应、"自己人"效应、关怀效应、感恩效应法,即所谓的"软"工作方法来满足职工的情感需求,这是管理者工作取胜的关键,也是一个单位发展的金钥匙。
