摘要
本文主要分析设计—建造合同下,承包商在项目跟踪阶段、项目投标与合同谈判阶段、项目实施阶段和缺陷责任期阶段的风险管理内容与重点。与传统合同相比,设计—建造承包商进行风险管理的重点在于设计管理,同时只有建立全过程重视、全员参与、全方面实施的风险管理理念,才能确保风险管理的效果。
This paper mainly analyzes the content and key points of contractor s risk management during the project tracking stage,tendering and contract negotiation stage,project implementation stage and defects liability stage in the design-build contract.
