摘要
本试验以甜菜茎叶为青贮原料,设置对照、LaLsILDry(0.001%)、LaLsILDry(0.002%)、LaLsILDry(0.004%)四个处理,每个处理三次重复。常温条件下发酵90d开封,测定甜菜茎叶青贮饲料发酵品质和化学成分。结果表明:甜菜茎叶直接青贮不能调制出优质的青贮饲料。LaLsILDry(0.002%)和LaLsILDry(0.004%)处理乳酸含量和总酸含量显著高于对照(P<0.05),并且氨态氮/总氮比值(NH3-N/TN)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),明显改善了甜菜茎叶青贮饲料的发酵品质;LaLsILDry所有处理水平均显著降低了甜菜茎叶青贮饲料的中性洗涤纤维含量,且粗蛋白和可溶性碳水化合物含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),从而提高了青贮饲料的营养价值。
The material of silage was the leafy stems of Beet in this experiment, there were 4 treatments including control(CK), LaLsIL Dry (0.001%),LaLsIL Dry(0.002%)and LaLsIL Dry (0.004%), triplicate laboratory silos for each treatments,all treatments were stored for 90 days at room temperature then sampling for the analysis of fermentation and chemical composition of the leafy stems of Beet silages.
