紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的效果。方法紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤48例,其中胰头癌12例,胆囊癌8例,胃癌16例,结肠癌12例。结果紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤,总有效率为(CR+PR)64.6%。其中:CR+PR在胰头癌为8/12,胆囊癌5/8,胃癌12/16,结肠癌6/12。主要不良反应为白细胞下降(85.4%)、脱发(87.5%)、神经毒性(47.9%),无严重过敏反应发生。结论紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂对晚期消化道恶性肿瘤有一定的治疗作用。
