摘要
建立HPLC法测定头孢克洛干混悬剂中的有关物质。色谱柱为Hypersil C18BDS柱,流动相A为0.78%磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH4.0),流动相B为0.78%磷酸二氢钠溶液-乙腈(体积比为55:45),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为220nm。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.01%(n=6),标示样品测定结果的相对误差不大于1.0%,可满足企业质量控制的检测要求。
