摘要
飞锯切割伺服系统用于对运动中的岩棉进行定长跟踪切割,并能达到很好的切割精度。切锯台是飞锯切割伺服系统最主要的运动部分,考虑到机械系统的工作稳定性,切锯台由两台伺服电机共同驱动。基于飞锯切割伺服系统机械及控制部分的介绍,对切锯台的运动规划及两电机同步控制进行了分析,并对主从式和双检测两种同步控制方式进行了比较。
