局部晚期肺癌同步放化疗临床分析

摘要 目的:分析局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗及序贯放化疗疗效及不良反应的差异。方法:将64例随机分为A(同期放化疗)和B(序贯放化疗)两组。统计学分析两组疗效及不良反应。结果:A组和B组的有效率分别为66.67%和58.06%(P>0.05);A组3级以上的放射性食管炎及骨髓抑制分别为6.06%及12.12%;B组分别为6.45%和9.68%(P>0.05)。结论:采用局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗及序贯放化疗降低了放射性食管炎的发生率,提高了患者的耐受性,减少了不良反应。
