摘要
学科范畴是学科建立的基础。就检察学而言,我国学术界对其范畴与基本范畴的研究相当薄弱,还没有形成对哪些范畴应当归于检察学基本范畴的统一认识,制约着检察学成为独立学科的存在价值和发展。本文试图通过对范畴与检察学范畴、基本范畴与检察学基本范畴的解读入手,阐释检察学基本范畴的特征、构成条件以及中国特色检察学基本范畴的具体内容。
