摘要
通过实例分析,对比生产管理中的零件加工排序方法和编制多项工艺文件工作的相似性,得出了在编制多项工艺文件时,应用零件加工中的最短加工时间原则,对多项工艺文件的执行顺序进行合理的排序,可以显著缩短总流程时间,从而有效地提高工艺工作效率。
This paper compares the similarity between sequencing method of machining parts and compiling several process documents in manufacturing management through case study.It is shown that the shortest time principle in machining parts should be applied to sequence the executing order during compiling several process documents reasonably.Then the total flow time can be shortened evidently and the efficiency of process work effectively.
