摘要
运用文献资料法、数理统计法、实验法对合作自主教学法在排球教学中的运用进行实验研究。实验结果表明:在排球教学中运用合作自主教学法对学生的排球技战术、排球理论知识、各项身体素质以及学生对排球选项课的喜好程度、每周参加课外排球活动的次数均有明显提高和改善,能较好地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的上课积极性与主动性,培养学生"会学、会练、会教、会评"的排球运动综合能力。
This article uses the methods of document materials,experimentation,statistics to experiment and research the Cooperative Independence teaching method,which is used in college students volleyball as an elective course.The result shows the Cooperative Independence teaching method is helpful to improve volleyball comprehensive ability.It is also helpful for volleyball to be developed and widespread in college students.
