MRI诊断腰椎休门氏病的临床意义 被引量：7

Clinical Significance of MRI Diagnosis on Scheuermann's Disease

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振诊断腰椎休门氏病的临床意义。方法:10例腰背痛患者,均行常规MRI检查。结果:MRI显示多椎体相邻终板不规则,Schmorl结节形成,部分椎体轻度楔形改变。结论:MRI全面准确地提供腰椎休门氏病的早期表现,为临床及早发现与治疗提供有效的诊疗依据,是诊断及鉴别诊断的首选方法。
