摘要
目的:探讨川西地区健康儿童年龄与甲状腺激素及血脂的相关性。方法:对121例健康儿童进行三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、及血脂水平(TGTCHDLVLDLLDL)测定。结果:甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(TC),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)水平与年龄呈负相关;三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)与年龄呈负相关,但血脂水平与甲状腺激素水平无统计学意义上的相关性。结论:在该年龄组,甲状腺激素水平及血脂与年龄有负相关,但未发现健康儿童甲状腺激素水平与血脂水平的相关性。
