摘要
从工程项目建设的项目决策、设计和施工三个阶段,谈谈工程造价有效控制的一些基本要素。在项目决策阶段,可行性研究极为重要;在设计阶段,则强调创新精神、加强专业合作、完善运营机制。建议把工程造价控制的重点放在投资决策和设计阶段,关键还是提高和完善设计人员的素质能力,才能实现对工程造价的有效控制。
Based on discussion about essentials of the valid control of project cost separately in three phases,which are project decision-making,design and construction.
