摘要
依据交流负载继电器电寿命的试验条件,介绍了基于研华PCL818HG为A/D采样板、PCL 720+数字量IO为控制板的交流负载继电器电寿命试验计算机控制与检测装置的设计思想。采用图形化的编程语言LabVIEW,设计了控制与显示软件。采用硬件定时采集数据与软件定时读取的方法,解决了LabVIEW的1m s定时循环中定时相位不准确的问题。采用上述技术设计的试验装置性能良好。
