摘要
分析了在纺纱牵伸过程中胶辊在受压条件下被罗拉摩擦传动的动态受力,说明无论是胶管的内在质量,或是胶辊的制作质量和使用管理水平,其合理的压力配置、运转速度、周向表面均匀状态等相关因素,是稳定成纱条干的关键。
Analysis is done to the dynamic exertion of force on cots in process of spinning draft process with roller friction.Conclusion is made that the important factors enssuring stable evenness includes the inner quality of cot,manufacturing quality of cot,and application management level plus proper force exertion,operation speed,uniformity of surface in circumference.
