摘要
目的探讨骨盆骨折病人的急救与护理方法。方法56例骨盆骨折病人急救及牵引外固定的护理、心理护理、饮食护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理,特别是加强了尿道膀胱损伤、肠道损伤、后腹膜血肿等合并症的急救与护理,指导康复锻炼等措施。结果56例均痊愈,住院时间最长的80天,最短的22天。未发生护理并发症。结论骨盆骨折通过急救及精心护理就能有效减轻病人的痛苦,挽救生命,降低死亡率和伤残率。
