摘要
目的建立反相HPLC测定益肾补血胶囊中异补骨脂素的方法。方法采用HPLC法,以甲醇-水(52:48)为流动相;检测波长为246nm,理论板数按异补骨脂素计应不低于5000,测定了三批益肾补血胶囊中异补骨脂素含量。结果在该分离条件下,异补骨脂素可与其它成分分离,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.03752μg～0.41272μg,回归方程为Y=8021X+15.999,r2=0.9999(n=6),样品平均回收率为103.01%,RSD为1.01%(n=6)。结论该方法分离效果好,分析快速、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,且样品稳定,可用于益肾补血胶囊中异补骨脂素的含量测定。
Objective To establish the determination of Angelicin in Yishen Buxue Jiaonang. Methods The determination was carried out by HPLC with a Agilent HC-18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)column. Methanol Water(52:48) as a mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 246nm.
