摘要
目的观察云南白药在围手术期对颈椎管扩大成形术术中出血量及术后引流量的影响。方法2004～2005年我科收治的脊髓型颈椎病并行后路颈椎管扩大成形术40例,分成两组,分别服用云南白药胶囊和淀粉胶囊;术前术后测定红细胞计数、血色素、血小板计数、凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT);计算全部病人围手术期出血量。结果两组病人的凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)比较服药前与术后有显著性差异(P<0.05):试验组的术中出血量、术后24h引流量及术后48h引流量比安慰剂组明显减少,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论云南白药胶囊能够明显减少颈椎后路单开门减压椎板扩大成形术围手术期出血量,有良好的止血作用。
