摘要
成人教育的本质就是终身学习,终身学习是成人教育的目的。文章以终身学习为理论基础,从学习个体的差异性、学习过程的主体性、学习内容的生活性、学习资源的整合性以及学习时间的持续性等五个层面,探讨了终身学习与成人教育的关系。
The essence of adult education is lifelong learning, and lifelong learning is the target of adult education. This paper, based on the theory of lifelong learning, discusses the intrinsic connection between lifelong learning and adult education from 5 aspects: the differences between individuals, the central position of learners in the learning process, the life-related learning contents, the integration of learning resources and the durative of learning time.
