盐芥ATPase E Like基因的生物信息学分析

摘要 文章利用一系列的生物信息学软件分析了盐芥ATPase E Like基因编码蛋白的氨基酸组成、等电点、结构域、特征位点、二级结构等蛋白质性质,并同拟南芥ATPase E1、E2、E3蛋白作了对比.结果表明:盐芥ATPase E Like基因编码蛋白分子式为:C1132H1867N325O349S9,属于不稳定蛋白;二级结构主要是以α螺旋为主.在所分析的指标中,盐芥ATPase E Like蛋白与拟南芥ATPase E1、E2、E3相比存在着一定差异. The properties of ATPase E Like gene encoding protein such as the constitution of amino acid,equipotential,domain,characteristic spots,secondary structure in Thellungiella halophila were analyzed by a series of bioinformatics software.The results showed that this protein was unstable,and the formula was C1132H1867N325O349S9.The secondary structure was primarily composed of Alpha helix.A certain difference does exist in Thellungiella halophila ATPase E Like protein and Arabidopsis thaliana ATPase E1,E2,and E...
