软镜下尿道会师术用于危重症患者尿道损伤的治疗 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨软性电子膀胱镜下尿道会师术治疗危重症患者尿道损伤的可行性及疗效。方法采用软性电子膀胱镜下尿道会师术治疗男性危重症尿道损伤患者12例。结果12例手术均一次成功,平均手术时间约0.5h,患者均能很好耐受手术。术后随访3~17个月,最大尿流率17.5~23.7mL/s,平均21.5mL/s。结论采用软性电子膀胱镜行尿道会师术仅需行膀胱造瘘辅助,手术时间短,创伤小,疗效好,可用于危重症患者的治疗,值得推广。 【Objective】To evaluate the feasibility and curative effect of Primary flexible endoscopic realignment following posterior urethral disruption in severe injury patients.【Methods】12 severe injury patients(CRAMS<8,ISS>16) with urethral injury were managed by endoscopic realignment with a thin trocar.【Results】The operations were successful and all the patients can stand the manipulations well.The mean operation time was about 0.5 hour.The maximum flow rate was 17.5~23.7 mL/s and the average flow rate was ...
