摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的并发症和防治措施。方法分析218例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床资料,讨论各种并发症的发生原因,并提出防治措施。结果术中大出血3例、前列腺包膜穿孔4例、电切综合征4例、术后继发出血12例、排尿困难3例、尿失禁5例、尿道狭窄5例。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术存在一定的并发症,及时防治并发症有助于提高本手术的水平。
【Objective】To explore the complications and preventions of transurethral vaporization resection of prostate (TUVP).【Methods】The clinical data of 218 patients who underwent the TUVP were analyzed.
