不同浓度臭氧对脊髓神经元的影响

摘要 目的观察臭氧(O3)对体外培养脊髓神经元(SCN)的影响,为临床合理应用O3提供实验依据。方法体外培养SCN随机分为4组,行NSE、Bcl-2、Bax染色计数阳性细胞率,并在倒置相差显微镜下观察细胞形态学变化。结果随O3浓度增加,神经元胞体皱缩或肿胀,突起变短断裂成串珠状,部分细胞破裂消失。Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组NSE免疫组化染色、免疫荧光阳性细胞率低于Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组Bcl-2阳性细胞率低于Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组Bax阳性细胞率高于Ⅰ组。结论低浓度O3引起SCN凋亡,高浓度引起SCN坏死。 ObjectiveTo provide further experimental basis on the clinical application of ozone(O3) through observing the effect of O3 on the spinal cord neurons cultured in vitro.
