摘要
目的:制定血塞通滴丸的质量标准。方法:以薄层色谱(TLC)法进行定性鉴别,以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1和三七皂苷R1,采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水系统梯度洗脱,检测波长:203 nm,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:室温。结果:TLC法可以很好地鉴别滴丸中的主要成分;HPLC法测定人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rg1的线性范围为0.2~1.0μg,三七皂苷R1的线性范围为0.1~0.5μg。其总平均回收率为97.93%。结论:方法可行,重复性好,可用于血塞通滴丸的质量控制。
Objective:To develop the Qualitative and Quantitative Methods of Xuesaitong dropping pills.Methods:TLC method was used for identification.Ginsenoside Rg_1、Ginsenoside Rb_1 and notoginseno side R_1 in dropping pills were determinded by HPLC.The assay was carried out on an ODS column,eluted with acetonitrile-water in the gradient mode.The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm,the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min^(-1),and the column temperature was room temperature.Results: The major components were well ident...
