摘要
对自行研制的一套电子体温计自动检定系统进行不确定度研究.确定并分析了影响测量结果不确定度的8个因素.根据实验和测量过程,计算各个输入分量的标准不确定度、合成不确定度及扩展不确定度,论证了该自动检定系统可以代替人工检定,开展电子体温计的检定工作.
The uncertainty of self-developed electronic thermometer auto-verification system is analyzed in this paper.Eight factors which affect the uncertainty of measured result are determined.The standard uncertainty,composite uncertainty and extended uncertainty are calculated based on the experiment.It shows that the verification system by manpower can be replaced by automation.
