摘要
在研制非晶态合金传感器与霍尔传感器项目的基础上,对这两种传感器的磁敏感元件及材料特性、物理效应及工作原理、传感器的组成结构、检测方法与信号预处理电路等方面分别进行了论述.重点对这两种传感器的弱磁场检测实验、检测性能及其应用特点进行了分析比较,得出了具有一定实际意义和应用价值的结论.
Base on projects of researching amorphous alloy and Hall sensors,the paper separately demonstrates the magnetic sensitive components,material characteristics,physical effects,working principles and the framework,testing methods,signal preprocessing circuits of two sensors.Weak magnetic testing experiment,the testing performances and application characteristics of two sensors are exclusively analyzed and compared,and the conclusions of practical significance and value are obtained.
