摘要
为了实现高精度高速电机扫描控制,设计了基于追踪型轴角转换器(Tracking resolver-to-digital converter)的绝对式感应同步器测角系统。该系统包括感应同步器磁电路、信号调理电路、轴角转换器电路、数字逻辑电路及PC数据采集软件等部分。使用工业标准高精度经纬仪对测角精度进行了检测,实验结果表明精度为±2.0",重复精度优于0.5"。
In order to implement a high-speed and high-accuracy scanning motor control system, an angle measuring system was developed based on absolute rotary inductosyn and tracking resolver-to-digital converter. It was composed of exciter circuits, signal conditioning circuits, digital process circuits and PC client software etc. The measuring accuracy was examined with industrial standard high-accuracy theodolite. Experiment results show that the accuracy is ±2.0" with repeatability better than 0. 5".
