大学图书馆是大学的文献情报中心,为教学科研服务是大学图书馆的核心职能。图书馆职能作用的发挥更多地依靠各种内外保障因素。外部保障因素包括政治保障、经济保障、科技保障与文化保障,内部保障因素包括图书馆物质层、工作层与文化层的具体内容。
