摘要
目的探讨慢性根尖周炎的有效的治疗方法。方法292例慢性根尖周炎清除坏死、坏疽的牙髓3%双氧水冲洗加窦道通过,其中160例用Ca(OH)2根管消毒治疗组,132例甲酚根管消毒为对照组。结果根充后经1～3年的随访,治疗组有效率为91.88%,对照组为75%。结论3%双氧水冲洗加窦道通过加Ca(OH)2根管消毒是一种简便有效的方法。
