摘要
运用文献资料法、行家调查法等研究方法,以中小学体育教学中常见的运动技能为研究对象,以运动技能的分类研究为切入点,探索基于"会能度"分类的运动技能学习过程的特殊规律。主要研究结果:基于"会能度"分类的运动技能的学习规律:会与不会有明显区别的运动技能在学习过程中出现了"质的"飞跃现象;不同类型运动技能学习阶段的差异性现象。对体育教学的启发:会与不会有明显区别的运动技能和中间型的完整运动技能通常采用分解教学法进行教学;中间型的分立运动技能和会与不会没有明显区别的运动技能通常采用完整教学法进行教学。
Using the methods of literature interview,expert investigating,the paper studied the special laws of motor skill learning by "difficulty degree".The main viewpoints of this research are: There appeared a fundamental and significant improvement in the process of the study of able and unable motor skills with obvious difference;the difference phenomenons appear in different stages and different categories of motor skills.The study also provides some teaching methods for physical education.
