摘要
公民有序政治参与是衡量政治民主化和现代化程度的主要标志之一。改革开放30年来我国公民政治参与取得明显进展,但还存在一些不足,影响并制约着公民政治参与的实际效果。本文试图通过分析公民政治参与的现状及存在的问题,提出扩大公民政治参与的途径。
