摘要
在分析山东省造纸工业节能减排和循环经济发展现状的基础上,提出了山东造纸工业循环经济发展战略和推进措施。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of energy saving and discharge and the development of recycling economy of paper industry in Shandong province, the development strategy and promoting measures of recycling economy of paper industry in Shandong province were put forward.
