摘要
针对普通的蒙脱石有机改性方法耗能大、需要时间长的缺点,开发了一种高效节能改性工艺。以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为改性剂采用微波辐射法对蒙脱石进行了湿法有机改性,以苯酚的吸附效果作为评价指标对制备工艺进行了优化,并采用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、DTA/TG和傅里叶红外光谱方法对改性前后蒙脱石的表面和体相结构进行了表征。结果表明,微波法可以在2 min内使CTAB有效地进入蒙脱石层间,而不改变蒙脱石自身的结构,并可将普通加热有机改性蒙脱石对苯酚的吸附性能提高10%左右,对200 mg/L苯酚的吸附去除率可达到81.77%。由微波改性方法获得的蒙脱石层间距d_(0.01,可从1.538 nm增加到2.360 nm;N_2吸附比表面积有所减小,从原土的69.99 m^2/g减小为10.16 m^2/g。
