摘要
针对红外电视制导系统提出了一种基于灰度自动检测的ROI算法,并对优化截取内嵌块编码(ECBOT)中的隐式ROI编码算法进行了改进。减小了ROI编码块中背景区域的优先级,提高了ROI区域的图像质量,在低信道速率下对疑似目标可进行高质量显示,使操作人员能够快速完成精确人工导引,并对EBCOT、隐式ROI方法和改进的隐式ROI方法进行了比较。结果表明,改进算法具有压缩效率高,复杂度低且在低信道速率下重建的ROI图像质量好的优点,提高了在大背景下搜索小目标的效率。
A target searching scheme called ROI algorithm on the basis of automatic luminance value detection for video-guided missile was proposed.An implicit ROI coding algorithm in EBCOT was improved for better searching performance.The priority of background coefficient in ROI code block can be largely reduced when the improved algorithm was used.Therefore,the interest region can be encoded at a higher quality level which makes high quality images display at low channel rate possible and facilitates fast and accur...
