摘要
欧盟框架计划是西方国家唯一向中国开放的科技计划。从第五框架计划开始,我国的科研机构积极参与其中,开展与欧盟的合作。新启动的第七框架计划具有资金投入规模更大、研究领域更加广泛、资助方式更加灵活、申请程序更加简化等特点。本文详细介绍了这些新特点,并提出了对策和建议。
EU Framework Program(FP) is theonly research program open to China,which was funded by western world.From FP5,Chinese researchinstitutes tookan active part inthe cooperation with European research institutes.FP7 has the new characteristics,such as more budget and increasing duration,new architecture,flexible funding schemes,and simplified procedures.The new characteristics are analyzed in details and some advices are given.
