AlSi_7Mg合金凝固组织的试验研究

摘要 以AlSi7Mg合金为例,研究熔体的浇注温度和冷却速度对其凝固组织的影响。结果表明,熔体的浇注温度和冷却速度对合金的凝固组织影响很大,当熔体的浇注温度接近液相线温度时,其凝固组织逐渐均匀细化;但冷却速度对凝固组织的影响规律不是单调的。根据以上试验结果可知,熔体在液相线温度浇注到石墨铸型时得到的凝固组织最为理想。 The alloy s solidifying microstructure has a great effect on the mechanical properties of casting parts and its application fields. In the paper, the research of pouring temperatures and cooling rates on the alloy s solidifying microstructures has been studied with AlSi7Mg alloy. The results show that the pouring temperatures and cooling rates have a large influence on its solidifying microstructures.
