摘要
目的探讨PCNA在肝细胞癌中的表达与肝细胞癌分级关系。方法将78例肝细胞癌用真彩色显微医学图像分析仪测量肝细胞癌各级免疫组化PCNA表达的平均数值(N)。结果肝细胞癌各级PCNA表达的平均数值有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论根据肝细胞癌与PCNA表达数值的不同,进行肝细胞癌分级,有助于指导临床治疗和评估肿瘤的恶性潜能,以判断预后。
Objective:To study the relallonshlp between theexpression of PCNA and classification in hep—atocellularcarcinomas.Methods: Lxpresslon of immunohlstochemlca PCNA of averagevalut,and cyto-plasm of each grade of hepatocellular carclnomas were measuredby using true coler microseoplc medicalim—age analysis meater in 78 clinicalcases.Resules:Expression of PCNA of average valut had significant- differentiation in each grade or hepatocellular carcinoma (P<0.001).Conclusion:Hepatocellular carcinomas can be classified based onexpresslon of immunohlstochemlcal PCNA of average valut.This is helpful forgulding clinical treament,esting malignant potential of tumor and judgingprognosls.
