摘要
要深入推进政务公开工作必须要实现政务公开的法治化。政务公开法制保障机制的建立是实现政务公开法治化的基石,而政务公开法制保障机制则需要从政务公开主体、内容、方式、程序以及法律责任等方面着手构建。
Making government affairs public is significant,and the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government have always attached great importance to it.Making government affairs public must be ruled by law to advance.It decided by the need of constructing country ruled by law and others.By the idea of law being strengthened,the legislation being developing and the experience being plentiful,making government affairs public to be ruled by law is probable.The legal system is the foundation of making government affairs public to be ruled by law,and the legal system should be constructed from the subject,the content,the way,the order and the duty.
