摘要
阐述了LOFT风格的定义以及在世界各地区的应用和发展,尤以北京的798厂区为例。LOFT风格的兴起给旧工业建筑遗存的保护再利用提供了一条切实可行的道路,但是在快速发展的同时应本着可持续发展的宗旨,合理规划,使其能够长久的存活下去。
This paper talks about the definition of the LOFT style and the use and development around the world,especially took the 798 area as an example.LOFT style gives a way to solve the problem of reusing the traditional industrial buildings.But them developing rapidly,the aim at sustainable development,should be held and planned reasonable,to make sure that the area if LOFT style could stay longer.
