摘要
水阻微机测控试验站的主要作用是通过PID算法及模糊控制实现对主发动机输出电压、电流、柴油机转速等参数的智能化采集和处理,并根据处理的结果来判断机车各部件运行是否可靠,控制特性和功率特性是否满足要求.
Water resistance test is to simulate various working condition of the locomotive with water resistance as load,and to test some parameters such as output voltage,electric current of the main generator,speed of the diesel engine and so on through PID algorithm and fuzzy control.And it can judge the working condition of the locomotive and to check the assembled locomotive for meeting the design requirement according based on the above results.
