随着市场竞争的日益激烈,库存管理的好坏对企业的影响越来越大.研究中小制造企业的原材料库存管理,根据中小制造企业的特点,提出了一套适合该类型企业的原材料库存管理方案,并结合案例进行了分析.
With the fierce market competition,the quality of the inventory management is not more impact on enterprise.The inventory management of the raw material in moderate and small manufacturing enterprises is researched in the paper.In view of the characteristics of moderate and small manufacturing enterprises,a suitable programme for the inventory management of the raw materials in this type of enterprise is made,and analysed with a case.
