La对Pd/Al/蜂窝陶瓷催化剂高温活性与耐热稳定作用的研究

摘要 应用溶胶—凝胶技术对蜂窝陶瓷基体进行涂层 ,以CO氧化作模型反应 ,并应用BET、XRD和TEM技术考察了La的加入对催化剂高温活性和耐热稳定性的影响。热老化和活性评价实验表明La的加入显著提高了催化剂的抗烧结性能。催化剂BET、XRD和TEM表征结果表明 :加入La的催化剂生成了LaAlO3 新晶相 ,此化合物抵消了Al2 O3 表面的空位阻止了Al2 O3 载体的烧结 。 In this paper, monolith honeycombs were coated by sol gel technology Using CO oxidation as a probe reaction, the influence of the addition of La on the activity at high temperature and thermal stability of Pd/Al/monolith honeycomb catalysts was investigated by BET, XRD and TEM measurements The aging tests and the activity measurement results show that the addition of La improves the resistance to sintering of the catalysts BET, XRD and TEM characterizations show that the formation of compound LaAlO 3 neutralizing the defects on Al 2O 3 supports leads to the stabilization of Al 2O 3 and thus improves the activity of catalysts at high temperature
