摘要
目的 探讨智齿近中阻生伴第二磨牙远中深龋同期治疗效果。方法 90例经临床检查和牙片证实智齿近中阻生伴第二磨牙深龋患者的 10 8对患牙 ,在局麻下行第二磨牙开髓、失活 ,磨除远中 1/4牙冠 ,拔除阻生牙。结果 平均操作时间 15 5± 10 2min ,拔除阻生牙的创伤程度明显减小 ,术后反应减少 ,牙髓治疗疗效满意。结论 同期治疗病源牙和病灶牙能解决治疗顺序上的矛盾 ,简化拔牙操作 ,节省病人就诊次数和经济负担 。
Objective To evaluate the effects of treatment of wisdom tooth with medial impaction and second molar with distal Ⅳ° caries in the same term. Methods 90 cases and 108 couple of teeth suffered from medial impaction and caries of second molar were studied, which were confirmed by clinical examination and X rays. The second molar was undergone opening pulp chamber, devitalizing pulp and milling 1/4 distal crown. then the impact tooth was removed in the corresponding period. Results The time of average operation was 15.5±10.2 minutes. The traumatic degree was minished obviously during extraction of the impact tooth. The postoperative complications were reduced and the effect of pulpal treatment was satisfied. Conclusion The treatment of pathogenic tooth and focus tooth in the same term coukd settle the problem in the order of managements, predigest the operation of tooth extraction, decrease the times of patients who see doctors, reduce the patient's expenses and prevent from production of the secondary caries.
